"Great and fresh tasty food if you go and eat in the restaurant. The menu is creative and so happy it is halal. However, the spicy wings are a fail as they are not spicy at all and they charged for zinger hot sauce which was another fail and tastes just like mayo. They are doing great even though there is room for improvement."

"I’m still old school and like to pay at the store however when I wanted a good deal and the combo I couldn’t figure how complete the order. Went to Bradford KFC and Nancy greeted my wife and us and graciously took the time to help us navigate ordering on the app. It’s rare that you see the kind and caring person. "Food was pretty good, usually fresh from this location. the staff are friendly and have a sense of urgency that you look for in fast food service. Lost star because of atmosphere: We wanted to dine-in and I needed to use the restroom but they had it blocked off by the chairs 45 minutes before closing. I have been to this location several times and often the dining area is not cleaned and the bathrooms are dirty."

"I’ve been to this location forever and I love it there is nothing wrong with it for the people who got cold fries just microwave them or put them in the oven lazy people. 10/10 It was an amazing experience."

"I asked the young man at the till to please make sure our almost $100.00 order was correct and complete. He promised me it was. We got home only to discover that they omitted our large macaroni salad and dipping sauces. We went back to the store and he apologized but didn't try to make amends which is so wrong. We may have to start going to Mary Brown's or Popeye's."

"The recent negative reviews made me apprehensive, however I had an excellent experience in this brand new and shiny location earlier tonight. The clean, single person washroom caught my eye upon entering though I didn't use it. The staff were very friendly, cheery, and the cashier was easy to order from and made sure we knew our order number. Maybe I got lucky, and I will say that our fries could've been hotter and either needed salt or the fryer needs an oil change but aside from that, our food, particularly the buttery bread and popcorn chicken, was perfect and thoroughly enjoyed. Dole Strawberry Kiwi juice in the beverage station and Free WiFi"
